Hasten Infotech primarily provides digital and professional IT services, not physical products. This Shipping Policy explains how deliverables are provided to clients.
Depending on the engagement, our deliverables may include:
These are usually delivered electronically via:
Delivery timelines are specified in the proposal, SOW, or project plan agreed with each client. Timelines may depend on scope and complexity of the project, availability of client inputs and approvals, and third-party dependencies (e.g., hosting providers, app stores, APIs).
Any delays caused by incomplete requirements, late feedback, or third-party issues may impact the delivery schedule.
We do not usually ship physical goods. As a result, there are no standard courier or logistics charges, and no physical tracking numbers are issued for digital deliverables.
If, in exceptional cases, any physical documents, hardware, or media are shipped, the terms (courier, charges, delivery time, and risk) will be mutually agreed and documented separately with the client.
After delivery of a milestone or final project, you will have a review period (as per your contract) to test and confirm acceptance. Any bugs or issues reported within the agreed warranty or support period will be addressed according to the terms of your agreement.
If you do not raise issues within the agreed review period, the deliverable may be deemed accepted.
Changes requested after acceptance (or outside the original scope) may be treated as change requests, which may require additional time and may incur extra charges based on the new requirements. These changes will be mutually discussed and approved before implementation.
For any questions related to delivery of your project or digital assets, please contact us at info@hasteninfotech.com.
